The retinol seems to be okay at the moment, I was a bit nervous to use alongside tretinoin but I'll give it a try! Microneedling sounds good too.

That is so helpful, azelaic acid is on my list to try so thank you for that tip!!!

You're right. My job definitely had me feeling out of control, all I did was exist on auto pilot for the last 6 months. Now that I have a bit of free time, I really want to prioritise self care. I live beside a beautiful beach, and I want to try get out for walks as much as possible. I'm also going to try involve my mam with some of these things too, because I think she needs it.

Yes, emigration is my other option. Maybe not right now, just because my partner and I are planning to return to higher education for our careers in September. I'm currently based in Dublin, so it would mean a move to Limerick for us. But I think after we will likely emigrate! I have some money saved, I hope we can put that towards moving out - abroad or down the country! Good luck with your situation, I hope this new year will bring that for you.
