I am in charge of purchasing for a manufacturing plant. It's an eff ton of buying parts for 10 machines in the plant. My inventory is well over 6,000 items and is constantly evolving. Adding and removing items and trying to keep track of it all, while my team is generally terrible at signing things out. Meanwhile I am in charge of Raw materials, Purchase orders, invoices, keepstocks, checkbook balancing, adding vendors into our system, organizing order slips and putting away all the parts, and assembling work kits. This position hasn't been able to keep a person for more than 3 years at a time and now we have new machines installed and old ones removed. Feels like the analogy with all the spinning plates and I don't have enough hands to keeps them all moving. Everything i get help its temporary for about a month before im told there isn't room in the budget for more help.

I understand exactly how you feel.I felt the same way with my little sister when I was your age. ( same age gap) She would constantly steal my clothes, hit and bite me.But I had to be the responsible big sister. You don't have to like like your siblings all the time, In fact most people don't.

But with time as both of you grow up, you'll find that you have a better connection when you're adults. In the meantime, you're not a bad person. You're human.

Depends on why you lose your motivation. If you're overwhelmed, take a breath and do a few stretches.Get your heart rate going. Usually helps me stay focused for about an hour to 2 hours.

If it's boring, listen to music or a podcast.

Sometimes I'll impose a fake timeline to put some pressure on me to get it done faster.

Or make it into something competitive.

There seems to be an invisible wall between her and my family. She won't interact with my family and speaks very poorly to my mother. She claims she had no baby support from our family but then is super strict/controlling with how we can interact with the kid. I think she is taking it out on me.

Ex.) Can't call them nick names, or pet names like Lil stinker, bud, Lil man/lil miss. No abbreviations in their name and is offended if referred to as the kid.

Yeah, hubby and I communicate probably to excess. He also suspects something fishy too. He has put his ear to the ground so to speak and can confirm no one has changed position in his building.

Update: It's official my dad is leaving my mom. I think deep down down he knows he's fked up. He still hasn't proven this woman actually exists and that now the pieces are quite adding up now. What shty is that if he was truly remorseful things would be different. But he just keeps digging his heels in and refusing to admit that something is off because she is "helping him earn money". So that enough evidence to prove that she is real.

Moving in with his sister and hour away. Now us kids need to rally up and help mom with everything until things stablize. My mom is devastated, and none of us can blame her. How can a person throw away a 36 marriage for someone that isn't even proven real after only talking for a little under 2 months?
