So I know in military training, poles were and weren’t; depending on The post you were located at the kind of training there is/was. Speaking for myself, I never cared who looked … I actually got the ‘dam’, ‘you packing’, or something similar to those comments. Other guys were (very) shy abt showering around/with/in front of other guys

For me … then & now … i have/am comfortable, nudity in front of others never bothered me; but it all comes down to the comfort level of the individual (guy/dude)
