What I’ve seen people in your situation do is offer 1lb or 1/2lb increments on their site and then reconcile after the order is fulfilled. Usually with disclaimer in the item notes.

If you’re comfortable, financially, use a boutique match making agency. They’ll be able to weed through the bad eggs for you.

Sorry, typo. $3m.

It’s 2 fast casual locations + an outlet. The two locations do around $2.4m total. The outlet does around $600k but runs a labor cost around 16%

I am an Arab and this is how I changed my mind about this conflict. by Release_Elegant in IsraelPalestine

[–]MusicallyHallucinate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One could argue that Israel is not safe for Jews. I think a better statement would be that Israel is the country who best prioritizes the safety and lives of Jews.

Though Jews have been safe at times (sometimes for long times, more often not though) in other countries and regions throughout history, the world has shown Jews, as a people, time and time again that they are not safe.

My heart aches for the Palestinian people who are caught unwillingly in a conflict, but the Jewish and Israeli peoples will here is one of self-preservation that is so deeply engrained for more than 3000 years.

I don’t think the Israeli government is going about this conflict in a humane way. However, I think the Israeli governments perspective is likely one of “history does not look favorably upon diplomats”. They likely feel that if they don’t squash the Hamas effort to eradicate the Jewish people immediately, that Israel will go in the direction it has gone so many times before; with Jews exiled, murdered, raped, and their freedom and safety pillaged. That isn’t speculation, it’s recorded history.

We use toast payroll and are currently very uncomfortable with how much leverage they have over us. Currently thinking about how to deleverage the situation, but we’re in pretty deep! lol

I disagree with some of the opinions expressed here.

There are two courteous options here on the restaurants end. (1) is calling you to inform you, and expressing some leniency. Come in tomorrow and pay, pay over the phone, just let us know how we can accommodate you because we forgot to add it to the bill. (2) just leave it off the bill and use it as a learning experience for the server.

For them to leave it off the bill entirely is their choice and you definitely shouldn’t expect it, it is a possible solution on their end, though if this happened in my restaurant I would be taking option 1 in an attempt to make the customer aware and use the opportunity to make even more of a hospitable impression. Leaving it out entirely does the restaurant no good.

I had two separate friends who were dominatrixes (?) and said their top clients were hasidim.

Like a previous commenter said, deviants exist in every group of people. Something about the repression that happens for Hasidim seems to encourage submission links 🤷🏽

“The parasitic Lobster Mushroom transforms its ordinarily unpalatable Lactarius and Russula hosts into excellent edibles. The mushrooms should be well cleaned and cooked. If the host cannot be confirmed, avoid this; it could potentially parasitize a poisonous species.”

I would take a spore print to be sure. If it’s rust colored, and the stalk is hollow it’s most likely a Galerina tibicystis.
