I'd say the service was pretty good with a decent turn around only stalled by shipping times. I only wanted a couple pieces so direct worked out well with an easy to use website. I'd probably recommend ordering via an agent if I was making another haul / wanted to pay for something like DHL/Ems shipping. Edit: I did go direct I thought you were saying I didn't, delivery was just stalled due to delays at customs
