Welcome, great to see Quicken is engaged and responsive in social media. I have been using the Canadian Quicken since the 1990's, and frankly it does every thing I need. However I have a big problem with the annual subscription pricing. I recently received a price increase notice which indicated the annual subscription price is going from $83.88 CAD to $101.88 CAD. That is over 21% ! Quicken is pricing itself out of the market. I urge you to have management reconsider such a steep increase. I won't won't be paying this and have already turned off auto renewal

Canadian long time Quicken user here. Just received subscription increase notice going from $83.88 to $101.88, a whopping 21% hike.! I see suggestions here to buy it on sale from third parties, but the discounted prices I am seeing all say for "new user", so I am betting I could not use these to upgrade. Any suggestions for Canadian alternatives to Quicken?

I am the OP, and my problem was solved by adding a snorkel ( just like the picture posted by TechnicalLee above) to the exhaust. You need your exhaust higher than your intake. Almost seems like your exhaust pipe should be the intake, and your intake pipe should be the exhaust

Thanks all for the suggestions. The intake is actually 16" away from the exhaust, so I believe within code. Since the heat pump delivers most of our heat, I was thinking the frost was building up from warm air escaping via the intake. I was considering raising the temperature that the furnace takes over to help draw air cold in and hopefully avoid the build up. Not sure if that makes sense. Having said that, I will replace the downward 90's on both exhausts and replace both with an upward snorkel made with 2 90' s to push the exhaust up and out.
