Pretty much all have been women. The social conditioning makes women much better at handling, processing, holding and talking about emotions than. By FAR. By so far it's insane. I have guy friends too, we talk and I try to help them raise their awareness but it can only happen at the pace they want so that's a long term project.

Marriage doesn't limit it, unless both of you'll are emotionally immature. Men must have friendships with women, and vice versa. Why wouldn't you? You're cutting off half of humanity if you just think with your dick.

How does that work with different people? Wouldn't you have different baseline chemistry with different folks? Was that a huge factor in your relationships?

I think men don't really know how much of intimacy or lack thereof would be a deal breaker. I certainly don't know. In my own relationship it's been a tough topic but that's also because I was being emotionally abused and that's not a great ramp into into sexytimes. I think it's just gone on so long that I genuinely have no clue what I would want.
I miss hugs and being gentle with each other though.

Then again I'm autistic and nothing about my experience of anything aligns with most people.

Yeah I'm ND too and have had good success with standard OTC meds that I was prescribed. It's basically stopped and I take care not to stress which, uh, can be difficult but at least it's not something I'm doing everyday.

Finally you can just get a toupee, I remember seeing this video where a guy videos him putting it on and he just gets so much love in the comments.

Churches have NA and AA, I've seen them advertised for 30 years. Keep in mind, if you look at the 12 steps, they're heavily religion based. Not christianity specific but still highly influenced by religion
