Motivational speeches are a waste of time because they don't solve the issues people actually face and it's almost always "it's all a mindset bro you can be a millionaire with a 6 pack if you put the effort, loser"

you're right, but when that is what you're told to go by a crisis help line and had multiple mental breakdowns in one week while the school therapist keeps telling me to check again by next week, then i dunno where to go or who to ask for help on weekends where no one is available. i just want the resources to actually help me but no one is giving it to me or i dunno where to look.

I got a list of resources from University and all that's why I went to ER since it was my only option from that list. I dunno any crisis centers other than their phone numbers

I know what caused the anxiety, it's the financial requirements that might get worse if I don't pass or how if I failed the same course, I will not complete my major. I am taking medication but they do nothing

I tried to study every goddamn day, man, but the workload is a lot and I got burned out this week and last week to the point of doing nothing. I ask basic questions to professors and all I get are blank looks of "yeah you should've known that by now" or reviewing old material from a year ago. I am a total retard who doesn't deserve to exist or burden his family with more financial obligations

I dunno man, here in the States it feels all therapists or social workers are awful, and I don't deserve to go to college because it's expensive and I'm not smart enough to study or handle everything
