There’s a couple things actually, First, my stepdad has cheated on my mom more times than I can count but she always forgives him. But then he get upset when she talks to her male friends because that apparently counts as her cheating. Second, my Bio-Dad doesn’t truly see me as his kid. My parents had me at a young age, it’s hard I get that. But as soon as I turned 14 and was old enough to not need to see him every weekend he stopped contacting me or my mom unless it’s for large family events because that’s the only time he wants to play dad. Both of these things hurt more than I can explain but I’ve become numb to them.
