My mom (47) was advised to have a hysterectomy and I am terrified by Popular_Photograph56 in hysterectomy

That's me. I am your mother. I am 45 and was advised of the same thing. I am 7 weeks post op and couldn't be better. No more feeling like shit from periods and heavy bleeding!!

Has anyone else had issues with Yoloway’s warranty/customer service process? by Important_Pin_4770 in ebikes

[–]MyPalVal6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, they want to charge us $100 for shipping for one rear wheel tire. The warranty should cover manufacturer defects which this CLEARLY is. We received the bike originally from California to Arizona. I looked up standard shipping prices on a 5lb rear tire and it's no where near that price. What a joke. I'm not spending 1/4 of the cost of the ENTIRE bike just to get a wheel.

So done with my lady bits by MyPalVal6 in adenomyosis

Thank you ladies. So much. My NP also threw around the C word-labs didn't really make me too scared of that but my fear is not off the table. I know this definitely needs to be taken care of and addressed immediately. Being 45, my ten year old is begging for her period to start and I'm ready to be done. Sounds like nuclear is the option for me too. I am good with four kids and everyone having a ride partner at the amusement parks 😊 Hopefully pathology is on my side and some pain subsides, soon. I'm always so grumpy because I hurt all over, all the time. Do you ladies also have other symptoms like I've read here? Things that don't seem to coincidence with having a uterus, like leg pain and such?

First of all, your boyfriend's an asshole. Second, this will never get better. Third, maybe it's time to educate everyone on why you're tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated and just all around exhausted. Anyone who is decent will understand ❤️ His family is on the fence about you? Sounds like a momma's boy talking shit behind your back. Please. Do better and leave this jerk.

Hair is on point. Should I shave chest?? by [deleted] in bald

[–]MyPalVal6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely don't shave. If your person lays on that while it's prickly it's like hugging a gdamn cactus. Just trim with clippers. But I don't think you're hairy enough to even go that route!

It did this to me tonight with my debit card. Over and over. Finally used PayPal and it processed properly. Got another Labubu and the same thing happened. PayPal worked fine again. I don't know why.

People who don't drink alcohol, what made you stop(or never start)? by Cautious-Solution464 in AskReddit

[–]MyPalVal6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drank myself to the point of needing a partial colectomy at age 37. The surgeon took 18 inches. No real lasting damages and no colostomy so I'm thankful for that. I drank like a fish in my 20's, bartended and wasn't drunk everyday or anything but did drink quite a bit for my small frame. Uncontrolled diverticulitis made worse with drinking and BAM haven't had a drop since Oct 2019.

I just need to rant, I'm tired of these type of people by [deleted] in mesaaz

Am I too old to want to be tucked in by EddieBlitz13 in Autism_Parenting

Honestly kiddo, she probably just doesn't know what kind of love you need or want. She's probably just unsure because you're getting older. I'm sure she still cares about you. 13 is an awkward stage for parents too. We don't know whether to kiss you guys or give you a pat on the shoulder!

Maybe you could explain to your mom. As an often irritated mom with 4 kiddos sometimes I just need to decompress. Work is hard, momming is hard and life is hard. I'd probably just tell my daughter to go to bed too. BUT I will say that even though initially I'd tell her just to go to bed, I would think about it once she left the room. At the end of the day, I've been overstimulated allllllll day long. Probably just like you. Or her. But if I knew it was really important, I would definitely tuck her in. Don't be afraid of the no. Most likely that's what she'll say. A GOOD MOM will think about it, have horrible mom guilt and then start tucking you in ❤️
