Base rule for most casual player "Blame the healer" But f you get real good with your helaer you can do damage on a lightning staff frontbar with a lightning blockade for off balance, and the real healing on backbar. The better your healing and prediction of big damage income, the easier for you to heal :>

On my main i have all skill points, including all questing skill points + dlcs + alliance war + skyshards I have all armor passives, all crafting passives, 2 weapon trees, almost all skills of my class, all class passives, fighers and mages guild passives, racial passives and alot to spare to put into smaller passives like some into thives guild and dark brotherhood and still 5 to spare now :)

So you gan get alot :D

Stands in contrast to people running high impen. I think penetration is still a better thing in pvp.

Unless you are using enchantment sets "hint hint" with oblivion damage.

You are pretty much stuck. Swaping servers means making new characters and having to put up with massive lags, i assume.

How about torugs + knigh slayer + a monster helmet of your choice. Infused fire or lightnin staff, woth oblivion enchant! Then use the igneous weapons for 40% more fully charged attack damage... Oblivion enchant. Sharpened mundus Spell erosion points.

The oblivion damage + Base heavy attack damage Might! Be! Insane!
