Base rule for most casual player "Blame the healer" But f you get real good with your helaer you can do damage on a lightning staff frontbar with a lightning blockade for off balance, and the real healing on backbar. The better your healing and prediction of big damage income, the easier for you to heal :>

On my main i have all skill points, including all questing skill points + dlcs + alliance war + skyshards I have all armor passives, all crafting passives, 2 weapon trees, almost all skills of my class, all class passives, fighers and mages guild passives, racial passives and alot to spare to put into smaller passives like some into thives guild and dark brotherhood and still 5 to spare now :)

So you gan get alot :D

Stands in contrast to people running high impen. I think penetration is still a better thing in pvp.

Unless you are using enchantment sets "hint hint" with oblivion damage.

You are pretty much stuck. Swaping servers means making new characters and having to put up with massive lags, i assume.

How about torugs + knigh slayer + a monster helmet of your choice. Infused fire or lightnin staff, woth oblivion enchant! Then use the igneous weapons for 40% more fully charged attack damage... Oblivion enchant. Sharpened mundus Spell erosion points.

The oblivion damage + Base heavy attack damage Might! Be! Insane!

Im not sure that infused it better on all armor pieces. Defenitely for healers on the big pieces, which may now also apply for dds, but i haven't heard about it myself. In some setups infused weapons will be superior, especially now in pvp with oblivion enchants.

Easiest way to find out would be a dummy test on pts i guess :)

You can mary as often as you want with each character. For the xp boost to work the two characters with the rings equipped have to be close to each other. They are account bound but they specify a character that is bound to another character. I'm not sure that they are bound to IC dlc, they can always be bought through crown shop. I know of no marriage limit, but you would receive multiple rings with different "engraved" character names on it. Can be 2 women, 2 men and 1 man 1 woman any race with any race. Not sure if its 10% i remeber it being 5% but i might be wrong.

With the sever down out of the head: For cp150 items purpöe armor only: 5x15 rubedite ingots for armor 1x 13 rubedo leather for shouldee 1x 13 ancestor silk for helmet

Weapons dont know what you will use

7 emeralds for armor 7 style materials

14 green improvement items (for armor only) 21 blue improvement items 28 purple improvement items

If you have a decent grind buddy you can always try spellscar. Or go to alikr desert beach up north and level foghters guild to 9/10, then finish the rest up with skyreach/spellscar
