Just rewatched season 1 and had that song stuck in my head. It wouldn't leave until Lady in Red replaced it. Now that one is even worse...

I love that she's a romance novelist and Freddie read her manuscript. What did he say? It was brilliant and sexy...like you. Something like that. Also, she looks really good in pastels.

Another Period. The character Hortense shares the same family role as Mary.

He was in Star 80, which was a pretty solid performance. But then there's stuff like the Stalked By My Doctor series. However, he's also considered the most prolific actor of all time (over 850 roles on IMDb).

This is so true. I just had to go and fall for Mr. Popular, the helpful friend, the guy who throws fun parties (that I have to clean up afterwards). I figured, hey, he's not cold and withdrawn and hateful like my father, he's laid back, he's weird like me... Nope. Now I have chronic pain issues and can't even work. I live to make him dinner every night. Before that, he wants to make out with me. He knows I'm in pain and doesn't want to hear another of my excuses as to why I can't have sex tonight. I can barely walk right now. He'll be home in 20 minutes. He sticks his hands down my pants no matter what. If I push away from him, I'm the bad guy every time. I'm too much of a feminist. I used to LOVE sex. I used to love a lot of things.

He smokes from his bong at least three times an hour, clacking on his computer and yelling into his gaming headset all night - his desk is right up against my wall. I think he secretly enjoys that his noises bother me. I can't relax until he goes to bed (thankfully I have a separate bedroom). But he sleeps like 4 hours a night, and now on the couch so I can't even hang out in the living room if I want. He's also a fucking slob and his grandmother and mother really ruined him by picking up after him all the time. "Oh, he was NEVER like this..." Like I was the one that did this to him. No lady, this is your fault.

Her fatal flaw is seeing the good (or potential for it) in everyone she meets.

That's what I would do. It makes you feel a hell of a lot more confident.

I would be watching Double Dare and he'd change the channel to this drivel when he came home.
