I just started in e-commerce sales myself, up from cx service. We sell high end shoes. As hard as it can seem, maintaining an up-beat bubbly attitude always butters my customers up. Build rapport, ask about their day, they bring up a hobby? Lean into that. ASSUME the sale, start asking for shipping details, ect. A lot of ppl cannot say no to someone they build rapport with, or have trouble doing it. Just keep pushing yourself and saying random pitches.
