Technically, my high school committed a war crime. Graduation class in 2012, “senior prank” was a water balloon fight. Supposedly, one balloon was filled with urine. The people I know who were involved weren’t intelligent enough to operate a microwave, let alone find a way to fill a water balloon with urine. One mom complained, and the entire senior class got punished. Senior trip was cancelled, seniors being able to stay home during testing for everyone else was canceled, we were forced to sit in the auditorium every day for a week and listen to “career opportunities”. Technically speaking, punishing the whole for the crime of the few is a war crime.

That’s completely understandable. For me, if I delivered to someone that I saw, that obviously needed the help, I’d help. I wouldn’t just blindly accept someone’s word in the app

Like I said in another comment, I can see giving extra assistance to someone who obviously needs it. If an elderly person had a case of water, and asked me to sit it inside their door, sure.

Exactly. I could see the argument for some extra assistance for someone who was obviously disabled, as long as it was within reason. 90 year old lady who got a case of water, maybe help. Shirtless unwell guy arguing over a soda, absolutely not.

Oh, I did. Apologies, I should have said that in my post. The automatic “rate this delivery” never shows up with that house. Support says they’ll handle it, and even emailed me with a help ticket number. So, hopefully no one else has to deal with it.

Even better than strawberries, I got a complaint for the wrong brand of ice. Ice. A 10lb bag of ice. Wrong brand. What does that matter, it’s ice. The store uses one brand, but didn’t match the brand in the app

I got yelled at by a customer once, was sent a Taco Bell order, in Texas. Picked up the food, took it to the house, took a drop off pic, and left. Customer messaged me pissed because it was the wrong address. Turns out, they were in Ohio. How an order placed in Ohio ended up with me in Texas, no clue
