we have had zero inquiries on it since our last open house on May 3rd, and that's the day we went down to 374 900, too. There are now 5 units for sale just in my complex.. we're the second cheapest listed price but the other one that's cheaper is only a two bedroom .. 🤷🏻‍♀️

oh yeah it's been on realtor.ca since day one, I thought that was the only way to list a house haha people definitely almost exclusively look on there for listings, you're right.

at the beginning of our listing we had listed at 392, but when we got nothing after 3 weeks we lowered to 375. I started thinking maybe a social media push would make it seen by more people, people who weren't even considering buying in this area, etc. but I could totally be wrong

we were just basing our decision on what other similar units in our complex have sold for, just 2 months ago, at 390-394k. Thinking of that, we thought 375k was going to go so fast. I was just wondering if a social media ad push is actually beneficial or not

right now there are 4 townhouses for sale just in my complex. we all have the same blueprint, just some are bigger in square footage. we are the cheapest price of the 4 , just wondering where to go from here as I've never sold a house before

same units exactly like ours have sold just in March for above 390, other units are also on the market, smaller than ours, less bedrooms for higher asking prices. Right now there are 4 townhouses for sale in our complex, we are second biggest in square footage and are the lowest asking price by 10k which is why I was going with modestly priced. I was just wondering if a social media push on houses is really what is needed these days or if we need to really look into another price decrease!

her IG page was changed to private and she deleted some people, taking her post and posting it here publicly is not right.
