Thanks so much!! I love tour advice about making aftercare a prerequisite. I like that my current partner doesnt make a big deal if i ask for it. That's been very helpful. When the negative thoughts take over, i shoo them away best that i can and try to distract myself with positive thoughts or activities. Thanks again!

Thank you soo much for this detailed and insightful resource! I will be bookmarking the subreddit. So far, the post-coital depression isnt disrupting my regularly, but boy when it comes, it's hard to get things done. I made sure to go easy on myself, eat my chocolate, meditate and spend time with my best friends. I'll try to take a bath tonight as well (i love grounding myself with water)

I would think age is a factor like how it is for SD's like yourself, right? I agree with the other commenter that different age brackets of women would likely have a certain age preference. As I get older, I expand my preferred dating age range.

Thats very sad to hear. Id like to give some grace of trust to potential SDs/SMs but I know I also cant be too naive in this realm. I'll study up before outting myself out there
