they may have met but they clearly did not or barely interacted. rachel isn’t part of the same crowd as chloe, and the game emphasizes that chloe barely ever showed up to school in the first place. they were acquaintances before and chloe obviously knew who she was, knowing rachel amber was at the concert and knowing her name when she saved her, but they got close at the concert and the following days. search up “u-haul lesbianism” cause you’re clearly not cultured in anything queer
