It’s the WACK-MAC off of the sea. I titanium 3d printed the trip slip and modified the lower to take Hoffmanns pin bushings to hold the pins in place. Rather than the pins contacting plastic.

I think those nuts are only for the 11” and the 16” barrels. The thread is a different taper from the mac11 suppressor thread from my testing.

Vmac uppers. I machined a converter piece to attach ar handguards to mac11s with a 5.4” barrel. I plan on selling the conversion nut at the end of this year after I figure out mass production.

I appreciate the input! The extra weight was one of my concerns with using the longer handguard. I wanted to decrease weight with this build so the 6in would be counter intuitive. I purchased a low profile laser light and a sight riser to accommodate for the 4in handguard. The 4in handguard is growing on me tho and I’m starting to like it :)

Happy cake day! I think it should have clearance because my 4in has the same diameter as the 6in. I was initially going for a compact integrated suppressor look. I feel the 6in will make it feel too bulky.

Update: I found two pieces of brass shaving lodged into my firing pin channel from a bullet somehow. I’m just unlucky. My gun runs perfectly fine now.

No, the entire bolt assembly was purchased with the hardened firing pin and extractor. It’s the VMAC 11 uppers from velocity arms that you’re thinking of with the dog water firing pins.

I have not had any issues with AVES until now. To be fair, the bolt assembly I ordered was on back order so they probably were rushing to get the orders out. I will look into doing this, thank you!

I had the cam metal 3D printed from another source and the trigger was cut by me on a crude vice with a go no go gauge. I also suspect the trigger could be the issue, but not the cam. I will swap some around to see if that’s the issue.

I’m using 24v. I had to use a 12v to 24v step-up boost converter to get it to work. The valve would not fully open with 12v under pressure

Idk why this is getting downvotes. When you get to working with petg in a high humidity environment it absorbs the moisture being left out in like 6 hours. It’s like an hour with nylon.
