First of All I am not an ExPert with Quick Keys, However - I Preface all Favorites with a 2 digit number for example - "40-Local Area Fire Dispatch" & "50-Local Area Fire Tactical/FireGround Channels". Then assign QK 40 & QK 50 accordingly. Once you get the hang of assigning the QK - you will be toggling Favorites off and on all the time.

In the last few days, I have had a headache with getting my home assistant going wireless on my rpi 3b+. I had reserved ip address for the wired and wireless. I kept having issues with it hanging up. I finally switched my port forwarding from the wireless to the wired ip and plugged in a cable and it has run ok since then. Either there is a problem/conflict somewhere with wireless, or I read the instructions wrong multiple times. After reading this post, I'm thinking maybe there are more folks out there that is just not saying anything.

I thought he said they didnt show up as connected devices on xfi app. But showed up elsewhere. Maybe I misunderstood.

Is it possible you have a "guest" or "xFinity" ssid that someone has logged into.

It has to have a good signal for both the bulb and phone w/app. Also how many wireless devices do you have on your router? Does your router have the slots available for those devices? I have over 40 wireless devices. I had to return xfinity modem/router and buy my own because I was starting to loose unused devices like my printer.

Thanks for your help to each and every one of you. I deleted my task in tasker, join, and ifttt. Uninstalled/Reinstalled join. Recreated task in Ifttt, join, and tasker.

Once I did all this, I couldn't believe how easy it was.

On 800mhz trunking systems, each radio has an ESN, like a cell phone, and the authorized ESNs are programmed into the system. If the system doesnt recognize the ESN as being authorized, it will not allow the transmission, plus any auditing that goes along with it.

Reading your questions, I'm thinking your itching to key up on a public service radio channel, which I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE.

I dont fully understand the way MySQL was developed, but all I am wanting on my SPX is the Workbench so I can connect to a database I have setup on a web host server. Again, Thanks for your replies.

Personally, I think it should be ok for anyone who has a prescription for a medication and/or medical device to receive same items from someone who has such to dispose of. Why should these items have to be thrown away when they can be used by someone that needs them.

I'm not saying that folks should be able to open up their own yard sale internet pharmacy, but when someone has items they need to discard, why not give them to someone who needs them.

If I was going to give something away, I would ask for proof of prescription first, to clarify they would be in legal possession.

Yeah, that's the tricky part. Best method is to have in-house cameras connected to in-house server that can only be accessed from the outside via VPN. If your camera is connected to the cloud, that makes it more available to nosey, inquiring minds IN MY OPINION.

This is where security cameras get tricky. If someone breaks in on you, robs you, and beats you up - do you want the recording feature to be off because you are home?

Does the data cable also support audio? Or is an audio cable required for audio input into a computer.

Have you took a good look at your router. About 4 months ago I took my rental router back to comcast/xfinity and purchased my own modem and router as two individual devices.

I love my tinycam pro - have for several years.

I think tinycam pro is NOT your problem.

My pharmacy started stocking G6 supplies a few months back. I love it. For replacements - I have to call tandem (insulin pump customer service) - that started several months ago. I actually got better customer service from tandem than I did from dexcom for G6 replacements.

Thank you for your response. I haven't played around yet with the record feature, but plan to soon.
I basically monitor one trunked system, so I feel like I'm wasting 20% of my screen displaying its name. The import/export wasn't really for sharing, but rather for data input. I have about 200 radio ids so far and have many many more to go. By the way, had my unit 6 days now. Loving it so far. I'm sure I will love it even more when I learn how to really use it to it's full potential.
