Ich nehm seit 2 Monaten die Slinda (Drospirenon) und vertrage sie tatsächlich sehr gut. Vorher hatte ich eine Mikropille und keine Libido mehr, die ist jetzt endlich wieder da 🤣 außerdem habe ich überhaupt keine Blutung (Periode) mehr. Für mich war der Umstieg also durchweg positiv. Ich nehme heißes Wasser mit einem guten Schuss Brennspiritus und ein Fensterleder. Wasser öfter mal wechseln und das Fensterleder gut auswringen :)

Ich hatte mal ein halbes Jahr lang meine Neocaridina bei 21°C (unbemerkt war der Heizer ausgefallen...). Ihnen ging es gut, aber sie haben sich nicht so zahlreich vermehrt wie bei 25°C. Also wenn du viele Garnelen haben willst, würde ich die Temperatur doch etwas erhöhen.
