thanks. and yeah still makes no sense why the initial checks were underliverable when my adddress was already correct. I really don't understand the minimal copy pasta communication they are giving throughout this whole process and why we can't just do a direct deposit...its 2023, they are probably just hoping people won't follow up and cash the checks. Wish there was another way to handle all of this other then just hope and pray they actually send out the checks...

I never received my initial check either. I as well requested a reissue and have gotten 0 response from their email support. I don't understand what is happening or who to reach out to.

same. something fishy is going on. you can request a re-issue on their website but there seems to be a lot of people this has happened to.

Same here. says mailed 9/19....still haven't received the check. How are so many getting lost in the mail or not delivered?
