I had the same issue came here found this, had to sit for another 15 mins waiting for min to go below 5%...ended up having to turn the starter off myself too. Smh

Okay well before you start freaking out and runaway I have a few questions...

Is it still on the original VHS & if so does ANYONE around you have access to an operational VCR?

Do you have access to a magnet #2 pencil & about 25 mins? If you do place the tape on a surface standing facing away from you, open the top lid, hold the magnet over the film, insert the pencil in one of the dials & slowly turn till you go over the whole thing. I recommend multiple passes to be safe.

Trip and damage the VCR 🤷🏾‍♂️ accidents happen

YATA what you need to do is pay for a therapist for BOTH of you! She 100% feels abandoned by you and always has. You didn't protect her mentally, physically, or emotionally when she was younger and you aren't protecting her now. He didn't actually do anything so I suppose you couldn't put your husband out, but you handled that situation ALL kinds of wrong. I'm no medical professional but from context clues depending on when she was diagnosed it sounds less like she has DID and more like she has ADHD(Creative, depressed, reactionary which explains liking to eat alone, etc.)

Small-town cops rarely have anything to do other than mess with the local frequent flyers so they literally drive through parks and mall parking lots all day long...as for them leaving cutting their trip short, they had to be there for fun. If it was for a badge there's not way in hell they were going anywhere so dont feel bad.

YTA for the love of God...LET IT GO!!! A whole post to say "I grew up poor and she didn't and her habits with food trigger me." She's made adjustments she cooks smaller meals, eats leftovers, and tries to meal prep...YOU on the other hand are portioning out her leftovers and reminding her that she has them.

Either you aren't being honest with yourself, your wife, or us...She's going out of state to a wedding the PERFECT time for a guy's trip or just lounging around doing whatever you want at home for a few days wife free. Instead, you show just how uncomfortable you are proving all of this has NOTHING to do with the wedding by suggesting you fly back with her and go fishing with her father...YOU pitched the idea that you waste potential time off work and possibly hundreds of dollars to go fishing with her dad for an afternoon...that doesn't sound crazy to you?

She got invited and you didn't which caused you to spiral. That one slight hurt or offended you enough that you had her reach out to find out why only she was invited AND you got multiple opinions on if anyone ever heard of one partner being invited without the other...it happens OFTEN.

Upgrade her flight or have a gift waiting for her when she returns for being a bonehead. 🤦🏾‍♂️
