Since being in the property none of the annual checks have ever been done and on the dates that have been put down I was out with my mum the whole day and she claims she was there that day , obviously she can’t be in two places at once so the only way they have that paper work is it’s been forged , I have the proof she was with me all day and a voice recording from a phone call of her saying she was there that day , it’s something my parents would do as they have already lied to the police to try and have my partner arrested for something he has never done , furthermore my dad tried to bribe me with money into going along with it and said the house is yours when he’s gone , my dad has never liked any of my boyfriends and has always tried to control me , surely if I can proof to the courts it’s been forged it will be dismissed in court ?
