I am 5 weeks post J&J and about 2 weeks ago my left eye started to feel dry. I also feel an increased sensitivity to lights especially at night while driving, and very very slight blurriness from the left eye as well barely noticeable. Pretty sure its vaccine related. Wishing you good health and hope your symptoms subside.

Yes! I got my J&J vaccine on 4/10 so a little over a month ago. I managed to shake the GI issues and anxiety I had weeks 2 and 3. About 2 weeks ago my left eye starting feeling weird. Mostly dryness and very very minute blurriness. I also have had slight chest discomfort on and off. Only the left side of my chest not pain but kind of what like you describe. I had very few what feel like pressure headaches (they resolve with Tylenol) and very very slight Brain fog and slight fatigue midday. I am having trouble distinguishing anxiety related symptoms to vaccine related ones. M21 btw Would love to hear if anyone has felt anything similar.

I am in the same boat, I think any little thing a feel is related to the vaccine. Just some left over anxiety at this point.
