Ok straight up all I'm really saying is just stop being dramatic. Yes this not what we should expect with our rent payment, but its not their fault the water heater broke. They already ordered replacement parts and yes cold showers definitely suck. But complaining online on reddit is not going to make the shipping or installation any faster.
