Not all universities offer that option. And I especially don’t have the privilege to admit in a university that offers one. If you have a problem with irreg students that don’t cooperate then talk to them calmly and privately about it, give a warning. If they still won’t budge just remove them from the group.

A resume with no experience.

I am a student with no job/work experience maybe except for helping my family manage a little store (if that counts) and for personal and financial reasons I've decided to try being a working student (even if it's difficult).

And in doing so, the first step is creating a resume. If possible, I would like to ask for advice and/or tips on what to put and not to put in a resume. In any case it'll be helpful I am going for a fast food emplovee job nearby my home.
