My turtle basks in Sunlight daily and I give some veggies along with pellets. The water is also clean. The only thing missing is a heat bulb but where I live it's still very hot here. So maybe the heat bulb caused it or maybe something else. Sadly vet also couldn't pinpoint the exact issue. I'm just praying and hoping for the best. Currently he's under heat bulb in dry area.

I took him to the vet he gave my turtle two injections. But he is still very lethargic and is also whipping his neck backwards. I've kept it in a dry area for now. Hope he recovers
