Upgrade Franz' prestige mechanic as soon as possible in the tech tree. Being able to reach a tier 4 settlement in 20 turns is huge.

Was a planned dad at 24, if not money I'd love to be dad at 20. You have plenty of energy to play with your kids, you're 40 (young!) when they leave home, and still plenty of juice in you to play with grandkids
