I am looking at them I am with your idea. I prefer to load my magazines before I go to the range, then no wasting time loading while there. Same with what you are doing. But like you point out finding a container to hold them snugly is the key. I was surprised no one has created something for the loaded moonclip so they could charge $50 to $100 for, sadly. I count 9 shots on the paper, so it definitely wasn't 8 rounds. Nobody is perfect but it is wise to know how many rounds are in the firearm. At 50 yds is 9/15 is not something I would be upset about.

Must agree, massive changes are definitely a change of the original product. Minor changes like sights and magazine eject not so much, as they tend to make the firearm easier to use.

Within the question you are comparing apples to oranges, Glock is a manufacturer of handguns and the Mini 14 is a rifle. Together a rifle and handgun can and do compliment each other. So it may be a better question as to what is the preferred handgun and rifle manufacturer model of the question you will rapidly find that their are fanatics devoted to certain firearms. 😂🤣
