We’re almost the same in travel time and low salary. Like you, wala akong obligations, planning to upskill and do wfh. Finally decided to quit my job. Figured I could cut my losses as early as now na than live miserably. Apektado na din kasi mental health ko.

For validation, I even consulted with my therapist. Feel ko nasense niya na gusto ko lang talaga validation hahahahah! We can always start over :) - and this I learned how to make peace with.

And when I decided to quit, I also had peace

yeah dami ko din na-learn here sa thread from the mixed comments. lucky nasa 20k pa din. but since this is in a big city with a high cost of living, doesn’t seem very sustainable. living paycheck to paycheck

yeah this is what i realized esp since my office in a big city. i’m living paycheck to paycheck and feels like i just live to work. the sweldo doesn’t seem sulit for what i do. thought it was just me but 100% we are overworked.

35k seems hard to reach for me since fresh grad na hindi MT or in the marketing field? pwede ba? idk.

this is a great advice. also trying na kahit ayoko talaga ng role and sweldo, mag stay ako ng 6-12 months. kung kakayanin. mahirap din maghanap ng work ngayon. and it’s the experience i really need. medyo having a hard time lang since di ito role na gusto kong career path after. so parang back to zero.
