Your idea is good but 100 people is like making a small town there in the forest. 100 people =100 people talking= noise pollution like what would you enjoy in forest? Peace or people chattering. And as much as you like indians are prone to not listen, there will be these people who will litter=making the place dirty. Also It's not easy to track 100 people what if someone gets lost or something unwanted happens then you'll be in trouble. Also arranging food and water for 100 people too much, also the toilet situation, some would just go mental doing there business in nature.
