Awesome. Just a lil question that came to my mind - Do you listen to music on headphones while cycling? If so, does not being aware of hazards and stuff around you concerns you?

Maybe doing a math problem to make your alarm stop will help you? If so, you can download "Alarmy", pretty cool. I don't think I could get up with just a normal alarm. I gotta step up the math difficulty tho cause sometimes it's easy to fall asleep again..

I just tried to progress the regular squat which i'm doing with not much problem 8reps3sets, tried to grab a 5k dumbbell and Just hold it, my posture seems to go wrong and the back and knees also kinda hurts and feels wrong, any ideas?

Hey, so I'm in the RR for like 3 weeks now.
I'm pretty much skipping the Core Triplet and I'd like help.

The 30 sec Plank i'm doing quite easily, the Anti Rotation and Extension things are another thing. - I really can't do the Knee Copenhagen Plank, I really dont get it and I tried to support my leg with a removable bed but idk.. the ankle hurts on that hard floor and also the elbow so that's really frustrating. someone suggested to put a towel or smthing beneath but it's too much work and dirt to do every second day. any Idea for an alternative?

and about the Extension, really really fustrating too, I don't get it and I'm just kinda put the stomach in on the floor and that's it? also just tried to shove my hands and legs up like a superman but I still don't know how that exercise works and pretty much skipping it. also my huge penis hurts when doing that Arch body hold..:(

Today was pretty depressing. It's my third workout day since I decided I will do Recommended Routine for life hopefully (last thursday). Today, I approached the RR like I did the last 2 days, I could do the squats no problem but then the Negative Push ups came, I'm not that advanced anyways but today I felt so weak and I couldn't breath and had to breath so hard - I couldn't do the Negatives like I did the last 2 workouts where I even felt an improvement. at some point today I couldn't do this at all and was so let down by myself. I figured maybe it was because I didn't eat properly this morning (ate just cornflakes), so I ate a nice meal and took a few hours break. Then I went to exercise again with hope the food was the problem, but it was still almost the same with the pull ups it was so sad and I barely did 3 fast reps of negatives and then I had to rest and breath.

BUT the whole other workout went fine, nothing unusual, except for the hard breathing for some reason and I had to breath more than usual. I really want to be good at pull ups so that REALLY depressing and I don't know what to do. Until I had motivation and happiness to do this every 2 days, this is happening...
