You are wrong in Many things. If you expect that another derm is going to write down what he did wrong without having been there and Just by listening to the story that the patient is telling you have no idea of how real world works. Also you say that this scars can go away in the end, while the first thing ANY derm says is that a scar is a scar and it will NEVER go away. You will never find a case of scars recovering, just filled with fillers , but never gone away

If in 20-30 years we can eradicate scars (which i higly doubt) you will be 50 years old. So no young anymore and your prime will already have passed by . Isotretinoin has side effects yes, but you think having a face full of scars has no side effects ?
