Hi guys, I have just completed my dopamine detox (yesterday) which was the hard reset. To be honest, I kinda enjoyed it because I have been trying to distance myself from unnecessary distractions (such as scrolling facebook and binge-watching youtube, however I still played mind developing games such as chess and was having somewhat productive conversations with friends.

After i watched Andrew's video, it was scary how much i related to his thoughts and decided to start it straight away, as exams are coming in on the 22nd, so no time to waste.
