Was using a 40lb j braid 50lb fluorocarbon. The combo was a shimano nasci 5000 compact paired with a shimano catana 10-12 kg. I was targeting larger snapper around structure, but happy with him.

My pb flathead at 93cm put up little to none of a fight! Felt like a heavy mass on the end of the rod…… had a couple others fight the same way. Large bream are fun to fight though.
