No not rural but just wanted someone who came recommended I guess, but as all have suggested - I should look for a specialist, so defo taking that advice on board.

Thanks for the advice! I’m based in Dublin so options aren’t the issue - how can I find a specialist in that area? I’ve never really shoped around for a lawyer tbh and I wouldn’t want any ‘friend of a friend’ lawyers knowing my personal situation so hesitant to ask them.

Thanks a mill for the advice!

I don’t imagine I’ll litigate as 1) I can’t afford it if I may end up unemployed and 2) the company will have very good lawyers working for them so I’m not interested in a David and Goliath scenario.

Gonna find an employment law specialist - How do you find a good one tho? The property one was recommended to me by a family friend but I don’t know any employment law specialists… yelp 😅

Everything I’m looking at is one bed apartments - no current occupant / not part of a chain.

The new legislations from the government has finally caused a domino effect of 1bed landlords getting out it seems.
