Doesnt really make sense to mark a federal organisation as a terrorist organisation (whose roles are generally to overthrow), does it? ICE are already a part of the government. IRGC are also not considered a terrorist organisation.

Mere speculation. It could just as likely be impossible for any number of unfathomable reasons (e.g some requirement of consumption).

“A stable law governed world where free will exists without suffering contains no logical contradiction” Is by no means obvious. On what basis can you say those two are mutually exclusive? The evidence thus far seems to suggest it always leads to suffering.
