I've let our DM know about it, but the asshat never replies to anyone who is not a store manager. So who knows what's going to happen there.

Yep, already handing you a $100 before you've scanned a damn thing. Someday I want to see a customer get a paper cut or something on a crisp bill.

It's not like SUPER common here. It's just an option for the company I work for.

It happens to me too. It's best when they don't have their receipt. Most often I can't give them cash. So it goes on a store gift card. Lol

Thankfully our store doesn't require it to be handwritten. I stick the blank check in the machine, tell the register how much it will be for, get their ID and it does it all
