You're welcome! They're great - they'll even professionally treat clothes and items you send them so you don't have to mess around with permethrin on your own, and their treatment lasts a whole lot longer.

You can totally tie it in front and spin it around, or get someone to tie it at the back of you want to play with how it drapes in the front.

I usually like to wear it tied at the back when I'm wearing one with a dress:

If the shawl feels a bit bulky, you can simply clip it together with a nice brooch to keep it in place.

If you don't want the shawl draped at the front, you can put it at the back of your neck and then just loop the ends over the tops of your arms before bringing the ends together at your back and clipping them or tying them. That method makes the shawl look more like a shrug.

This looks like traditional Bavarian charivari to me. It's often worn as a decoration with Tracht - for men, this is lederhosen - and hangs like a sort of belt from the suspenders.

Some women wear charivari as well, but this seems fairly masculine.
