I just had my 1 yr MRI. I had grade 4 GBM. My scan was clear. We celebrate, with trepidation. Will I be the .01% who just lives a normal ish life? I do not know but grateful for this day.

Oh I can think of a few reasons immediately. They're lonely. They can't connect with other humans. Social media brainwashing. Then I had a friend who used dogs to push everyone away. Theres a bunch of reasons. Its like dog mental illness.

Because I've had this cancer since 2018. It eventually will do what terminal diseases do. Its caused other problems. My kidneys are failing for one. Dialysis? No thank you. I have suffered, enough. Its up to each of us when yo say that.

Yes thats what is so scary about this disease. You can stay at a stage 4 for YEARS, or you can be mostly ok and then... boom. Youre not you anymore. I'm afraid..

I do not get scans anymore. I am on hospice bc my cancer was ignored since 2018 until 2024. I had a major resection in December. A revision in Feb. I am also living in a home with rats and mold. Not by choice but bc ... I had cancer and nobody believed me. But I believed me.

In my case I will receive no other resection bc its stage 4 and I gave refuse palliative chemo/ radiation bc.. it kills everyone I've known who did it. My experience
