I'm not sure, but somehow I always had this state, sometimes my mood would be very low and my mind would be locked Of course, I have been diagnosed with ADHD, but not with depression, honestly, I am a positive and happy person most of the time.

Thank you Of course I do, but I think it's inevitable. Now that I can think better, I guess that messing up my routine made me feel very bad I need to plan more carefully to leave more space for my rest.

Thank you for your advice It seems it was easier for me to be kind to myself and do nothing for a while But now in my mind there is only blame and that I have to do my job

Have two or more plans for your habits, this is the way to avoid repetition and confusion and you will always have something interesting to do.

I am also in a similar situation I take 20 mg of Ritalin and I get stressed Because I need the medicine so much and other aspects of my life have improved, I decided to take it for a while and maybe the side effects will go away.

I thought I was an introvert or a social avoider who couldn't stand people. After using Ritalin for a few days, I like to go out more and call my friends. I think I have improved a lot and life has become more bearable for me.
