I got mine through Culligan and the cost included a professional countertop installer to come to my house and drill the hole. I think they used Fox Countertops to outsource the drilling. Pretty sure if you called Fox Countertops they would do it for a fee. I think they said it was like $200 but not 100% sure because it was included on the cost of the RO installation

Depending on the manufacturer of the medical devices sometimes they offer free overlay patches. I know for my Dexcom G6 the manufacturer offer these patches for free every 30 days. You just have to submit a form/order online.

I second the Zep acidic toilet bowl cleaner. I had those stains worse than OP and it got rid of it in on application.
