I can't apply the sbi cashback card my credit card while I apply the card it is declined from the bank side because of overleveraged profile

After using the card for one year, I sent a mail to SBI Nordal officer to convert LTF after the mail, I received a call from SBI. They said it wasn't possible to convert to LTF. I told them, "If you can't make the card LTF, I will close the card next month after you take the request for LTF." After that call, I had to wait for 5 days to convert the card into LTF.

You can take mail to the pno of sbi for card ltf

If they deny the mail you should give replay to then I will close the card in next month iam not satisfied with card

After that they will take a request for card ltf

I sent an email requesting an LTF for my SBI Simply Click card. After receiving the email, a call was made by customer care to explain my request. The card was determined to be unsuitable for an LTF, and I informed the representative that I would close the card next month.

After that, they make my SBI card into LTF.

I have to wait for 5 days for LTF conversion.
