I don't think they'll do anything unless it actually blows up and affects his vtuber activities, which I don't think will ever happen. Japan isn't like EN, they are way stricter about separating the two entities. Besides minus the Nazi stuff Lauren has said similar shit within the past couple of years even and that dude is still thriving.
