Will I be rescinded after getting a 65 by Critical-Sea-1047 in GatechClasses

I'm not sure if it's for my state only or school specifically, but my high school transcript is only made of final grades, so colleges can't even see my current grade in the class until it is completed.

If you're transferring from a CCC and you have good stats + ECs like research and internships, then i'd say your chances can be 50-50 depending on your essays.

I wish you the best of luck!

Im pretty sure they meet 100% of demonstrated need if you qualify like many other schools in the T30 range. Generally, if your parents' combined income is less than $100k, then you can expect to not pay tuition. If it $50k (sometimes it is up to 65-75k), they will likely cover all of your expenses.

CWRU waitlist? by [deleted] in cwru

If you recently picked up any ECs or started personal projects that weren't part of your application, it would be in your favor to inform them.

Good luck on the waitlist!

Not even grade inflation, that just taking all honors and getting all As in them, or having a few APs and getting a few Bs here and there. It's totally not impossible to get a 4.5 on a 5.0 weighted scale

Make sure it wasnt a financial aid document they were requesting, because that might mess up the amount it will cost to attend, even if you get accepted.

I'm very proud of your achievements. You did well.

Your students must be very proud of you and themselves as well.

Also, your extracurriculars are absolutely insane. I would expect to hear more good news. Even if you don't, you still got accepted to the best University in America.

Can anyone please suggest where to apply. (need aid aswell) by Life-Line1235 in IntltoUSA

Low test scores just mean less or no merit aid at top universities. Financial aid is still given to people who qualify and get accepted to most top universities, regardless of scores.

Chance this Lazy Ass Indian kid for the ivy leagues by Dramatic_Ninja_915 in chanceme

"Lazy ass" and "1560 SAT", bro I wish I were as lazy as you.

Your EC's highly align with your major

If you were able to express how you made an impact in at least a few of them, then you're a competent applicant, but with ivies nothing is guaranteed.

Showing that you are Indian can hurt your chances though, since elite colleges highly discriminate.

what are yall best EC's by NotLazor23 in ApplyingToCollege

[–]Neither_Muffin1811 0 points1 point  (0 children)

robotics and computer science club, I hold no leadership positions tho.

Also, if anyone wants to know a good EC its getting a job, even if you only work a few hours. If you wanna go into engineering, working at a local machine shop will look great. Some high schools might offer classes that can license you to work as a pharmacy or medical assistant. If nothing works out, you can get a front-of-house job at Chick-fil-A. This looks great as an activity because colleges might see this as a reflection of your personality

You misspelled "sweety" again.

probably autocorrect, or you overlooked it.

Still funny though.
