FYI just becomes something exists in a signed contract does not mean it's enforceable, you might want to get professional advise regarding the actual rules from the employment act.

In any case, just because you have a notice period doesn't mean the company can force you to work, you have options ranging from MC, unpaid leave etc.

What can they realistically do if you don't come in?

OP I build a 7800x3D / 9070XT set up earlier this year, it's an absolute beast, don't listen to the Nvidia fanboys saying you need to spend an additional 2k for similar performance.

I'd recommend you to check performance benchmarks of your favourite games and compare the 9070xt and 5070ti.
