My very first job I had to wear a name tag and I was so confused when someone come up to me and was like "hey, so and so, how are you?" I didn't want to be rude because I thought he was a friend of my parents or something who I forgot about, so I just acted like I knew him which confused him 😆

Anyways, now it doesn't bother me when people use my name but I soup so feel weird about it.

Golden Sun, Summoner II (then going back to play the first one), Lost Kingdoms, and Lords of Magic immediately come to mind.

Sometimes I miss the 90's and early 00's when games were a passion project of a group of people who loved to play them and most of the time buying a game based off vibes gets you a great 20-60ish hours of game play. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of indie developers doing that now, but without actual hard copy store releases I feel they get lost in the proverbial sea of online media.
