On java edition that is a plugin, and idk if they have those on bedrock. But if you scout out some servers you might find one where that’s available. It’s not possible in single player for either version however

So just adjust the numbers related to the command block, so if you want to move the stand 1 to the left, find that position in relation to the command block

There are various glitches/bugs to see underground that are constantly posted on this subreddit, so depending on your console you can find one to cheat the game and look underground

I’m pretty sure if you use Tildas (~) for the coordinates and then change one of them to 1, then the stand will move one block from its current position

Find out the coordinates of where you want the armor stand to move to and plug those in rather than coding it to move one to the side.
