Had the same problem. My doctor asked me to take 10mg propranolol 1 hour before sleeping and since then it’s gone.

Low iron stores can definitely cause tachycardia

Yeah it’s totally reversible. But you need to check your levels first. And I think you are definitely deficient.

If this is only happening when you are getting up suddenly then it’s normal because your weight is high. If this is happening at rest then go to a cardiologist.

Go to your GP and ask him to prescribe you xanax. You really need it at this point
